The next book was the body atlas that is all about the body and how each part works and i picked it so i could get better with my first aid but i learnt a lot about the body and how the brain is split into 4 main parts and then split into 9 each one make you unique in how each on functions.

Buhaosìsì is the weaker one out the three and it is normal used instead of Duibuqí because of it low down.

Duibuqí  is a mid range apology that is the most common to be use in situations.

Baqían is the strongest one out of these and should only really be used when something really bad has happened like you drop your chopsticks.

so the first book was painful poison that by the title explains how different poison have different effects and how they are made, used and antidotes for it. For example how animal from cold places have more vitamin a in the liver and from the amount of vitamin a the liver can kill you and how clay from Lemnos Greece can stop some poisons from killing you.
